“Lovely clean apartment, very quiet location”
We stayed here for a week, we initially did not realise we only had the upper floor so were very disappointed that we could not make use of the log burner supposed communal area. We would have felt like we were imposing not being part of the group below us as it is directly outside their front window.
The apartment was clean, well finished and compact. There was nowhere to store food aside from the fridge, I would suggest perhaps a trolley for vegetables, bread etc. As there was no washing machine we expected to be provided with more than 1 towel and 1 hand towel each and perhaps an iron?
This apartment is very much geared up for cyclists and walkers, we were lucky enough to get decent weather and had a walk to loch insh and down to feshiebridge to watch people swimming and bridge jumping. There are plenty of lovely walks to go on too.
There is a lovely little balcony to sit out on but not much of a view just trees but we did spot a couple of red squirrels!
The bed was very comfy and equipment in apartment easy to work. I think with the addition of the facilities I have mentioned the apartment would be ideal for anyone wanting to get away from it all.
