  • “Feagour is a lovely cottage, nicely set back from the road and very private.”

There is a neighbour, but they are not that close and we only saw the residents once. There are lovely walks directly from the cottage, and it is a good place to use as a base to travel either towards Fort William or to Aviemore. ...

There is a neighbour, but they are not that close and we only saw the residents once. There are lovely walks directly from the cottage, and it is a good place to use as a base to travel either towards Fort William or to Aviemore. The cottage was clean and welcoming, with everything we needed, including a small chest freezer, so no worries about having too much ice-cream! The porch is large and handy for walking boots, jackets and even has a sink. The woodburning stove was set up for us on the first day, so all we had to do was light a match and it was roaring. I'd return to stay here again a heartbeat!

Offering well-equipped, tastefully furnished accommodation of a high standard, this Scotland cottage is light and airy, with a woodburner in the comfy sitting room, and patio doors from the kitchen/diner on to a decked area and country-style garden.

The area is wonderful for outdoor pursuits, with much to do at all times of the year including mountain biking (the Wolftrax mountain bike trail is close by), hill walking, climbing and skiing, with ample opportunity to see a variety of wildlife.
