Great place as a base for touring the highlands, You feel like you are miles away, but local shops not far away for essentials, Love the field in front of the bothy with the little ponies, great entertainment, and watching the kites flying high above and soaring down to catch their pray,

  • "The holiday at the Bothy was very good."

The customer service from Sykes was not. I acknowledge that these are strange times but I received a few emails from Sykes giving confusing messages and I received NO responses to the many messages I sent. It was impossible to get through by telephone. On the last day of the holiday I received an email from Sykes offering me 2 choices: a partial refund or a full refund. I could ONLY use the online portal to choose, I was told NOT to contact Sykes by any other method. I have until 21 August to make a choice, neither of which applies to me. Thank goodness the property owner has helped. I could go on but I won’t.
