Nice layout of the rooms meant it was quiet, warm and we all had our privacy. My mum was thrilled to have the ensuite to herself celebrating her 90th birthday away with us. The treats in the fridge were most welcome and a thoughtful touch. Lots of little touches like tissues, toiletries and books and games meant we were very well looked after. Thank you.

A modern house tastefully decorated and fully equipped. It met all our needs. Thoughtful owners who left us milk and treats which were needed after a long car journey due to a closure of A9. Great location and lots to do nearby. We did castles, beaches, monster searching and the dreaded shopping.

Thank you to the owners for allowing our 2 dogs, the wooded walk to the beach immediately behind the house was perfect for us. There were 6 adults and we had plenty of space, the cooking facilities were perfect. We used the barbecue as the weather was really nice in the communal garden. The information pack was extensive and helpful, as were the lovely neighbours next door. I would highly recommend this apartment.

One of the best we have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped. Comfortable beds a real home from home. everything you could wish for in a holiday home. A lovely area with very friendly helpful neighbours. A welcome pack of wine, chocolates, shortbread and milk left by the owners was very much appreciated. It is modern, spacious and comfortable, especially the beds. There is excellent WiFi, ideal for teenagers. Although it is part of a modern housing development it is very quiet and peaceful with easy parking and quick access to the lovely villages along the Moray coast. Inverness is just a short drive away. This was our second visit and I can't recommend it enough - just lovely.

“Fantastic home from home holiday apartment...”

The owner called us the a couple of days before we were due to travel to make sure we knew where we were going and to explain everything we needed. When we arrived at the appartment we were so impressed it looked like a show home not a holiday let. Furnished to a very high standard, comparable with a 4* hotel and had everything that you could possible require for a pleasent stay. The rooms are very spacious and there is a great view out across the Moray Firth. Easy parking just at the door. Just a 15 minute walk takes in to the town centre or on to the beach. Best of all the kids enjoyed cooking their own sausages on the BBQ. certainly plan to go again.

NAIRN

Inverness 16 miles.

Nairn is an attractive and lively seaside town dating back to Victorian times. It has long been a popular holiday destination and is just 16 miles from the town of Inverness. Nairn even lays claim to being one of the driest and sunniest places in the country! The town offers some of the top beaches in Scotland and cleanest bathing waters in Britain. Also, one of the only two dolphin colonies in the UK is based in the Moray Firth. Nairn is steeped in history and is closely linked with the Battle of Culloden, whilst nearby Fort George is Europe’s best preserved 18th century military fortification. Shakespeare’s famed Cawdor Castle and Brodie Caste are both within 15 mins drive. Golfing enthusiasts will be attracted to the two 18-hole championship courses, including the Nairn Golf Club, and the town also has an outdoor tennis court as well as a squash court for hire. The yearly Nairn Highland Games in August draws a wide crowd and The Nairn Book and Arts Festival is a popular year event. Whitewater rafting, tubing and cliff jumping are all available for those with a spirit for adventure. Day trips from the local airport are available to Orkney and Shetland and the Cairngorm National Park with skiing and hiking are within 1 hour.
