  • "The property is spotlessly clean and in superb condition."

The area is ideal for exploration of the Highlands of which the attractions and scenery are worth a visit. The owner was very courteous provided a lovely welcome pack to start the holiday, something I have never ever encountered in all my stays elsewhere. Cannot fault any of it and should I get up that area again would not hesitate to stay at this property. Steve Spencer

  • "This flat was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished and decorated."

Lots of towels to use and a great shower in en-suite. Would have appreciated a spatula to get a fried egg out of frying pan and maybe a couple of egg cups but everything else was great and a generous welcome pack after a long journey

Thank you for the lovely comments. Apologies for the lack of egg cups and spatula, I must have overlooked those items. They have now been supplied. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Xx Property Owner

  • "Moureen is an attentive host who provided lots of recommendations for things to do and see and places to eat."

She was communicative throughout our stay without being at all intrusive. The flat was absolutely perfect. Ideal location for exploring the Black Isle, North West Highlands and around the Loch Ness and Nairn /Elgin areas too. It was exceptionally well equipped for our needs with everything you could need in the kitchen, bathroom, and both bedrooms. It was fresh and clean and modern and comfortable. A perfect base for our group of three adults and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend both the property and the owner.

  • "We enjoyed our stay at 25 Aird Crst it was lovely and clean with modern furnishings."

It was also well situated for exploring the area by car. Only couple of downsides the bed was small and uncomfortable and it was cold we did not know how to work the heating system and there was no instructions. We could have contacted the owner but didn't like to so this might not be an issue for future customers but really needs a better bed.

About the location

North Kessock 5.9 miles; Dores 9.2 miles; Tomatin 15.5 miles.

The Capital of the Highlands, the city of Inverness, is the gateway to the countless delights of the Highlands of Scotland. Towering mountains, dark lochs, great forests and precipitous sea cliffs are all within easy reach. Of particular note is the legendary Loch Ness, which is surrounded by some truly breathtaking scenery, although most visitors are usually on the lookout for something a bit more mysterious! Just outside the city is the Culloden Battlefield at Culloden Moor (National Trust). The site of the last major battle fought on British soil, there is an award-winning display depicting the battle, whilst a walk on the field serves as a poignant reminder of the clansmen who lost their lives. Inverness itself has much to offer, museums, an art gallery, fine theatre and leisure facilities, not to mention shops, pubs and restaurants. The River Ness flows through the city and both the river and neighbouring Moray Firth are home to a diverse range of wildlife and marine life including red kites, along with dolphins, which can sometimes be seen from the shore, or on trips from the harbour.
