With easy access to some of Scotland's finest assets such as the Glen Affric Nature Reserve and the coastal city of Inverness, this cottage is an ideal spot to base your rural Scottish getaway.

You enter the property through the rear utility room with its useful storage space for coats and wellies and the ground floor shower room with toilet can be accessed from off here too.

Adjacent rests the kitchen, offering charming features such as an electric range cooker, AGA cooker and a rustic, wooden table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee before the day begins.

All of the rooms here at Carnoch Farm present the most wonderful views of the surrounding countryside, especially the dining room with its patio doors allowing you to admire your setting as you enjoy your meals, with the warmth of the woodburner completing the experience.

Head through into the spacious sitting room, also with revealing French doors and a woodburning stove, the comfortable seating makes this the perfect room to put your feet up at the end of the day.

The first floor offers four immaculate and cosy bedrooms, with the master room boasting an en-suite shower room to make you feel right at home.

Appreciate your location in the right way by taking a seat on your well-maintained garden with the River Glass flowing nearby, free fishing is also available for an alternative pastime.

Cannich offers a convenience store and pub and the nearby village of Struy has a restaurant and hotel serving food.

The village of Beauly, only 13 miles away offers, a wider range of facilities including a tweed shop, restaurants and cafes serving hearty meals.

This area also offers great opportunities for walking, cycling and fishing.
