The single room was comfortable but would not suit an adult who is less agile having steps up to it possibly because it was originally designed for a child. Only downside was parking outside was a bit tricky- all the bays were often full, and there were also cars parked all along the road outside and on the grass verge at times. The house has open fields at the back with loads of bird life and I even saw a hare.Sparkly clean and very well equipped beyond the usual with tinfoil,clingfilm,condiments,tea,coffee.etc.I heartily recommend it. The only thing that might be helpful was info on the heating system as it came on during the day when it wasn't needed and I could have adjusted the timer for accordingly, saving fuel.
