"A fantastic cottage in a lovely part of the country."
We loved our stay and found everything comfortable and easy. The views were super and the access to the beaches wonderful. The wildlife added extra magic. Thank you.

"Snook point is a lovely cottage in a very quiet setting, great views and only a short walk to a sandy beach, lots of coastal walks."
The cottage was as described, warm and cosy with everything we needed. Only slight complaint is that the mattress was not comfortable.
-
"Lovely cottage with everything we needed in the kitchen and elsewhere."
We needed the heating on our last evening as the weather worsened and it was very efficient and cosy. The coal fire would be great in the colder months. The squeaky floor in the kitchen became a little annoying but it wouldn't stop us going back there. We think the owners must be very tall to reach the high kitchen cupboards! But we managed with the stepladder. The location was fabulous and we loved the peace and tranquillity in High Newton-by-the-sea. We met a couple of the neighbours who were friendly and very helpful.

"All perfect."
In fact, better than we expected from the photos. You're not doing yourself justice! And Football Hole beach is wonderful.

"As soon as we drove up to Snook Point Cottage we knew were going to enjoy our stay."
The cottage is well maintained, well equipped and comfortable. It is situated in a very quiet place but within easy walking distance from the sand dunes, a beautiful beach and the village pub. What more could you want? We will definitely be coming back.

"Stayed at Snookpoint many times over the years."
Sadly I lost my dear wife Jill March ‘21. But I will continue returning. The cottage hasn’t changed too much over the years . And in some ways that’s why we loved it. Always clean. The setting perfect. Please stay the same Snookpoint.

"Fantastic location."
Cosy. Warm. We’ve been here many times and it remains our favourite cottage in which to stay in this area. Wouldn’t wish to stay elsewhere.
-
"A lovely property in a beautiful setting with stunning views."
Just what we had hoped for. We have been coming to the area for over 20 years and this is the nicest place we have stayed in all that time. A perfect combination of peace and calm, with everything close by.

We appreciate the improvements which the owners make year on year.
-
"Beautiful well equipped cottage with cosy fire and very efficient heating."
The views from all sides are amazing. Good pubs within walking distance and easy pleasant walk to the beach. We loved it and have returned several times. Lots to do in the area.

"Peaceful, cosy and warm."
Sea views. Ten minute walk to a beautiful crescent shaped beach.

"Snook Point Cottage was even better than we hoped."
It is cosy, light and sunny, feels like you are on the edge of the world although actually in a small enclave of cottages (very quiet) and within a few minutes stroll of the village and lovely beach. Great sea views, and well equipped. We appreciated finding the heating on when we arrived on a chilly afternoon. Would definitely return - can't wait.
