“Can you update the listing to show no BBQ or replace it!”

Also, would recommend an extra clean after pets have been to stay. I had to hoover up on arrival, which was ok as hoover provided and lots of cleaning products.

Also, would recommend an extra clean after pets have been to stay. I had to hoover up on arrival, which was ok as hoover provided and lots of cleaning products. Very comfy beds and everything else was great, lovely garden too.

Thank you for your feedback. We made the property a pet free let earlier this year but due to a (covid related) cancellation (with a dog) in 2020 we were advised we had to honour this in 2021. Going forward we can confidently say this is an isolated incident. However, we have reiterated the importance of cleanliness to our cleaning agents. We also advised Sykes in 2019 that the cottage didn't have a BBQ. This was removed from the initial summary of the cottage, but it was not removed from the summary within the webpage. Once again, we appreciate your feedback and hope these two points did not hinder your holiday. - Sykes owner relations
