“The location of the cottage is excellent plus for us it was close to where my mother lives meaning she could spend a lot of time with us over Christmas.”

I used the ground floor bedroom, however I found it very difficult to sleep as the light from the sitting room came into the bedroom through the window panel in the door. It was also very noisy, the fan in the shower room is noisy. We were a party of five staying in the house and really struggled with just one shower, the bath did not get used at all. ...

The step up to the ground floor shower room is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems, my mother really struggled with it. Great kitchen and sitting room plus first floor bedrooms a good size.
