“The Blue Lobster is a great cosy and quirky little house directly at the sea.”

Nicely decorated with lots off stuff made by Fiona the owner herself. Only one negative there was NO WIFI?! This wasn't mentioned on the info at the website? For my wife originated from Thailand and who doen't speak any English a small disaster! Nowadays this is quite unusual, luckily we could 'borrow' the WIFI from the neighbors. Had a lovely week and the recommendations from Fiona, Bamburgh castle and Edinburgh, were great. Will most certainly come back again and then for 2/3 weeks.

The property

A charming stone-built, end-terrace cottage, in the quaint hamlet of Lower Burnmouth, overlooking tranquil Burnmouth Bay.

Full of artistic touches which reflect its seaside location, this cottage is ideally based for walkers, while the rockpools, enormous range of sea birds and visiting grey seals will fascinate nature lovers of all ages.

This cottage benefits from an open fire in the sitting room, which also has views of the sea, as well as two comfortable bedrooms and access to a garden at the rear.

A superbly relaxing spot, and a wonderful cottage from which to explore the coast, venture inland or even take a trip to Edinburgh.
