"Great location."
Lovely property. Some of the minor fittings were loose in the bathrooms and the end-suite toilet was hard to flush. Games Room a great extra. Would definitely return.

"Beautiful house."
We had an amazing stay at Coastal View. Its in a fabulous location for the beach and also just a short stroll to the shops and pubs/restaurants etc. The house itself has everything you would need for your stay and is so comfortable. The owners have put a lot of thought into the property. The games room was a great touch too. We would definitely return to this property in the future.

"Great property to accommodate 3 generations of our family, which included two teens."
The games room in the garage was a great bonus, especially when the weather was a bit dodgy. The short walk over the golf course on the public footpath, to the beach made our springer very happy! Lots of other east walks from the doorstep, and proximity to the local shops meant the car stayed park unless we went for a day out.

"Property and gardens require better standared of maintenance 1, Radiators in en suite, living room, dinning room require bleeding 2, Floor covering lifting in kitchen (by freezer) 3, light in living room requirs replacement bulb 4, The whole property would benifit from a deep clean advice would be to get an indipendent company in and not use the ones who were in allegedly on the previous Friday."
I left a card on the mantlepice of an indipendent company which maybe of interest. All in all not an experience we will nor forget repeat nor recommend to any one As for Sykes this was our first and last experience of booking with your company Regards M J Randles
We are sorry you feel this way, we regularly inspect our property and follow up with any maintenance that needs attention . In our absence we have a person who does such checks for us . We take great pride in our property which had a complete refurbishment 17 months ago . 1 It was in hand for the gardens to be completely tidied up for the beginning of the season . Which has now been completed . 2 the radiators in the areas you mention will be bled although it is a very warm property. 3. Our newly laid flooring in the kitchen has a very small gap (not lifting) which is neither unsightly or dangerous . 4. One bulb in a 2 bulb lamp is being replaced . No other bulbs in the whole property were off . Bulbs go off frequently . Which we regularly check for . We are also very pleased with the cleaning company we have. Which carry out deep cleaning frequently. The house is immaculate at all times of which we make sure. We are not sure of the reason of such a unfair review online . As we have so many glowing comments in our visitors book in the house . But you are entitled to your opinion . Maybe you could have commented in our visitors book or was that not PUBLIC enough for you . Property Owner
