  • “Cottage was very clean and hot tub was also.”

Well resourced and plenty of facilities. Great location for accessing sites and attractions in the Northumberland area, but also a great house for just hanging out and relaxing in peaceful surroundings and garden, with good walks in Thrunton woods just across the road. Highly recommended.

The property

Perfect for the whole family, this retreat boasts four bedrooms, and a spacious interior so everyone can feel right at home.

The lounge is beautifully presented with its collection of sofas, and a dining area, where you and your loved ones can spend some quality time.

Accessorised and furnished to a high standard, this room is a comfortable place to return to after an adventure-filled afternoon.

A kitchen lies further down the hall, with a range of appliances and a sense of charm that creates a cosy place to prepare those appetising meals.

Four double bedrooms make up the accommodation, and the master bedroom is really something special, laced with elegance and fine detail, from the pretty bedding to the dressing table and wardrobe.

If you can steer yourself away from this enchanting cottage, wander out to the enclosed garden, boasting a hot tub for an afternoon away from it all, and a patio area to enjoy the location from.

Dominated by countryside and with Thrunton Woods just a short stroll away, this is certainly a well-appointed market town.

Choose from the selection of shops, pubs and places to eat and there is plenty to see and do, with miles of golden sandy beaches, numerous castles and boat trips to the famous Farne Islands.

A superb cottage in a much admired part of Northumberland.
