  • "What a wonderful time we had at this property."

It was immaculately clean, good quality fixtures and fittings with everything we needed. Pretty, well thought out and an absolute pleasure to be there. The location was perfect SOOO close to the sea, the Spanish City is a great place to eat besides being the icon of Whitley Bay! We cannot recommend this beautiful apartment enough to anyone considering staying here. We will definitely stay here again ‘if’ it is available for our next trip. We wish the owners every success.

  • "Milk in the fridge and wine in the kitchen made for a warm and welcoming first impression."

The stock external photograph online belies the quality of what lies behind the front door. The living room has quality furnishings with a sumptuous settee to to relax in front of the 'real' (gas) open fire. The flat is full of tasteful touches which really make it feel like a home from home. The free parking is two minutes walk away and the beach no more than five minutes. Absolutely somewhere we'll be visiting again.

  • "We liked the vast TV on offer, if you go through apps section there is Amazon Prime and Netflix, which was great for rainy evenings."

We did not like A when it dd said parking which only a 3 minute walk but caused a lot of work as we carry a lot of stuff. On leaving we used back ally. Which was backing to Businesses which was a little unsitely with .Cleaning could have been better, thick dust when items moved off table in living area and somebody's mask left in drawer in bedroom. It was comfortable with lovely supportive Bed., but badly needed a Mirror and a Thermostat to regulate an excellent heating system.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that you found some issues during your stay. The property listing does advise that parking is at a 'public car park nearby' and we are always happy to answer any queries you may have prior to booking. The property owner has taken on your comments regarding the cleanliness and will be sure to make extra checks going forward; apologies if anything was missed. She has also added another mirror based on your suggestion left in the guest book. We hope you had a lovely stay otherwise and thanks again for your comments. Property Owner

  • "Great location for walking or cycling the coastal path, literally minutes from the front door."

Also very near nice cafes, bars, restaurants and shops on Park View. Spacious and comfortable one-bedroom apartment with friendly and helpful communication from the owner. Well-equipped kitchen. Fairly quiet location (not on a road, so no traffic noise at all). Would happily return for another short break.
