Providing snug and tasteful accommodation for up to eight guests, and with Northumberland's finest features at your fingertips, this is an excellent stay for couples, friends and families alike, which uniquely provides reverse-level accommodation.

All bedrooms are attractively finished and two benefit from en-suite shower rooms, two are king-size and one super king which comes with its own living area.

The forth room is a twin and conveniently offers the option of a super king-size bed completing the ground floor accommodation.

On the first floor, discover the stylish kitchen which comes fully-equipped with all of the necessary appliances and plenty of homely touches to make you feel welcome throughout your stay.

When you're not out exploring the divine coastline and countryside on offer, gather the group in the heart-warming sitting room dominated by a glorious woodburning stove for those cooler evenings and hosting a selection of books, games and DVDs to provide endless hours of fun.

This floor also offers a light and airy dining room and a pristine all-white bathroom, should you want to treat yourself to a bubble bath.

From here you have access to a simply breath-taking roof terrace, where you can sit out and soak up the sun with a delicious barbecue and the most lovely views of the Cheviot Hills.

The property is surrounded by the excellent amenities of Wooler, with this market town described at 'The Gateway to the Cheviots', with the Northumberland National Park very close by, making it an ideal spot for walkers.

The Northumberland Coast AONB is also accessible and makes for an adventurous day out for all ages and abilities.

Just a short drive or long and relaxing walk will take you to Humbleton Hill, a fantastic viewpoint worthy of the climb, boasting serene views over the surrounding countryside and out over to the coast.

Nearby are the fabulous towns of Alnwick and Berwick-upon-Tweed, both offering a good selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and café to keep you fuelled while you explore.

The bustling town of Alnwick is known for its striking castle and picturesque gardens, ideal for a relaxing day out.

Berwick-upon-Tweed also has its own ancient castle, along with a delightful museum and art gallery if you are looking to embrace the local culture on your holiday.

Closer to the cottage, you can give the chef of the group a break from cooking and head out to one of many restaurants offering a range of cuisines such as Milan Restaurant for Italian, and The Anchor Inn for traditional pub grub.
