It is a fabulous property, inside and out; absolutely perfect for a multigenerational family get together. Definitely a lucky find for us. Reviewed by Deborah5.0★Oct 2023 "Overall: very good, especially the swimming pool." The house manageress (Suzanne) was very friendly and helpful when contacted (two or three times), and the owners were also helpful with useful notes. The Sykes listing was not entirely accurate; I was minded to accept the accidental damage insurance at £10, but on applying it then stated £30. On arrival we had difficulty operating some appliances despite the instruction booklets/notes etc, in particular the cooking hobs and the TVs, such that we eventually called Suzanne who willingly came out to help. We suggest it would be very helpful for someone familiar with the appliances to demonstrate how to operate them, at an agreed time on the day of guests' arrival.
