  • "Very quaint cottage."

Everything in its place. very clean. plenty of bath/hand towels, storage, pots pans - totally catered for. Plenty of wood/instructions for the wood burner. Ideal location for 4. Beds/pillows so comfortable. Minutes away from the town. Only issue is parking, as meters and had to shift the car a few times - you need to park a road away from cottage for free; the owner did explain where to park in his welcome email. GALDEFORD A carpark is good place to park long term - just a short walk away if you do not need the car during your stay - who would in Ludlow! Very enjoyable and owner most helpful. Yes would stay again.

  • "We arrived at our cottage as arranged and being given an e mail with helpful information about our stay and also how to use amenities in the Cottage."

Everything that was expected was very accurate and what we expected. We had no problem with the shower area or the three flights of stairs but we are small people and understand how this could be difficult for some people especially with mobility issues. A hand basin would be helpful in the upstairs toilet as mentioned by others. The cottage was compact and clean for us and very olde worlde which we loved. The beds were comfortable and the location was great as it is a short walk away from the town itself. Supermarkets and the railway station are also a 5 minute walk away which is great as car parking is more difficult. The Ludlow brewery was a good find and also easy to get to. We would have been so grateful however if a drop of milk were left so we could have made a cup of tea upon arrival. We did appreciate the history of the street over the centuries in the books that were in the cottage.

  • "Quirky and in a fantastic position for walking out."

Brewery 5mins away along with train station. If i could fault one thing...(being very picky) could do with a small sink in the toilet. Lovely note left from the cleaner who popped in mid week. To make sure we had everything we needed. Cozy and spotlessly clean. Thanks.

  • "We loved the quirkiness of this 15th century house."

It was comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. I would just mention that the toilet is on the top floor of the house and if you have any mobility problems then the stairs could be an issue. Accessing the shower and having to circumvent the sink could be problematic. We had a lovely time and it was a fab bolthole for Ludlow and the surrounding area.
