“The bungalow was well equipped, very spacious, warm and comfortable, especially the bed.”

The conservatory was nice to sit in on a sunny day. Due to the coronavirus we decided to come home on the Tuesday, as we felt safer at home in case either of us fell ill. It was quite disappointing as we would have loved to stay for the whole week.

The property

This ground floor bungalow is ideally located just 5 mins walk to the centre of the pretty market town of Ashby del la Zouch in The National Forest.

This modern cottage provides delightful accommodation, perfect for a small family or romantic break in a beautiful part of the country.

To the front of the property is a large hall and a side hall ideal for storing walk gear, wellies and drying off the dogs after a long walk in the countryside.

Both bedrooms are nice and airy with the master bedroom having plenty of space for an additional child on a Z-bed.

Just a short stroll takes you to the bustling market town of Ashby de la Zouch which has an abundance of amenities or take in one of the many walks from the doorstep of the cottage.
