With an open plan living area, with a spacious bed settee which becomes a king-size bed, a kitchenette with everything provided to prepare a simple meal, plus a shower room, this holiday home is a perfect spot to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The property has the added addition of patio furniture which provides an alfresco alternative to eating indoors with the 3 acres of fields to the rear of the stable being an added bonus for yourself and your dogs.
The town has a choice of independent shops, an abundance of history and tradition and tea shops serving homemade cakes.
Bolsover Castle is the crowning glory of the town and offers spectacular views over Derbyshire enabling you to see for miles on a clear day.
Perched on a ridge high above the Vale of Scarsdale, the castle looks like an impregnable fortress being built to impress, and is a fairy-tale mansion just waiting to be explored!
As a base, Keepers Stable has excellent links in any direction.
Whether you want to play Robin Hood for the day in Sherwood Forest or continue on the castle and historic houses trail at Chatsworth, Haddon Hall, the Elizabethan Hardwick Hall and even the magnificent Lincoln Castle, there is plenty for everyone.
