  • "Lovely stay, we had the potting shed kitchen to ourselves and apparently this is always the case, wouldn’t have liked to share so this was perfect."

The grounds were stunning, cabins were all super clean as was potting shed. Perfect for a getaway with our friends. It was very hot when we stayed and we couldn’t quite work out the air con system, glad I took my fan being heavily pregnant! Would highly recommend for a relaxing break in a beautiful setting

Thank you for your feedback. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and hope you are able to visit again in the future. Property Owner

  • "The lodges were very comfortable, the inside and outside dining areas were lovely, and it was great being able to stroll round the lakes and gardens."

The only issue we found was that the kitchen wasn't well equipped for doing much cooking - for example there was no potato peeler, wooden spoons, weighing scales etc.

  • "We were a party if 12 celebrating a 60th birthday."

The potting shed was lovely as described on your site, plenty of utensils, cutlery and crockery, a Hoover/ brush was missing to tidy up. It was a pleasant surprise to have 2 bottles of wine waiting for us. A couple of comfy chairs would be a great addition . The hot water taps in the cabins needed to be run for a long time before hot water came out and all cabins experienced only tepid showers. It was noted that while sitting in the potting shed you could see clearly into the bathroom through the window when the light was on, we found this entertaining but I'm sure many wouldn't, blinds may be an option? Thanks for a great weekend, storm Denis didn't stop us having a lovely time
