About the property

A fantastic period cottage set in a desirable residential street, just a short stroll from the exclusive stockbroker village of Hale, in Cheshire.

From the moment you step inside this superb terraced property, you’ll enjoy a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Spread over three floors, this delightful cottage has been furnished with stylish fixtures and fittings to offer perfect luxury accommodation for your family holiday.

Entering through the hallway you will find an intimate dining room with comfy seating area centred around a stylish feature stove.

The contemporary kitchen, where you will again notice the attention to detail, with its granite worktop and central island, offers an ideal cooking area, plus a further social seating area and feature fire surround.

The glazed tri-fold doors, in the kitchen, fully open onto the south-facing garden and allows the summer breeze into the house.

Head upstairs and you will find twin and king-size bedrooms on the first floor, sharing a modern luxury family bathroom, whilst the second floor is furnished with a double bed which enjoys a private en-suite shower room.

The rear garden is fully enclosed and private with ample garden furniture and the bonus of a barbecue and floodlighting to enjoy alfresco dining when the mood takes you.

If you would rather have a night off from cooking, then enjoy a flat walk into Hale village where you will find some of the best restaurants in the North West of England, as well as popular wine bars and pubs where you can spend the evening celebrity spotting, perhaps returning the following day to browse some of the prestigious boutiques dotted along the high street.
