After exploring the charm that hides within the hamlet of Chisworth and the neighbouring villages of Charlesworth and Broadbottom, head towards Glossop, an excellent base for touring some of the area's classic walking country including Black Hill, Bleaklow, Kinder Scout and the Longdendale Valley.
Also on the doorstep is the village of Marple Bridge which has a good selection of coffee shops, pubs and restaurants to suit every taste.
The village also has direct rail links to Manchester and the Hope Valley line through to Edale, Hope and Hathersage.
The Macclesfield and the Peak Forest Canals both pass through the village and offer a wide selection of walks that will appeal to anyone who enjoys the outdoors.
A little further afield, the apartment is ideally situated to enjoy the Peak District's main attractions with Hayfield and Lyme Park just a few miles away and Castleton, Buxton and the Hope Valley all within an easy 35 minute drive.
Guests can also easily enjoy all that the city of Manchester has to offer, There is a regular train service to Manchester that takes 25 minutes from Broadbottom station which is a5 minute drive away from the apartment with ample free parking.
Here you will find a huge selection of high street and boutique shops, theatres, restaurants, Manchester United and City football stadiums and number of top visitor attractions such as the Museum of Science and Industry and the Lowry Centre.
