All was really good and loved the stay, only thing we would suggest is having a stronger WiFi network as we had little signal and a smart tv would also be useful :)

  • "Such a lovely place, immaculately clean and very well equipped."

Nicely decorated and just the right amount of home comforts. Nice rural spot. Keith couldn't have been more helpful. We kept funny hours the week of our stay (sadly not a holiday for us) but he was very accommodating with things like parking. I would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, fresh, spacious pad with easy access to lots of lovely parts of Staffordshire and Shropshire etc. Would 100% go back.

  • "Springfield house was very clean and comfortable and in a nice quiet location."

It provided a perfect base for the local area we wanted to visit. The owner Keith was very helpful in providing information on places to eat and local attractions. We would like to return in the future as one week wasn’t long enough to spend enjoying what the area has to offer.

  • "Well appointeded annexe flat, next to the owners' home."

Clean, well equipped and very good value for money. I use these apartments, mainly for work, in preference to hotels. Location is relatively peaceful and handy for motorways and other major routes.

  • "Very clean and comfortable cottage."

Keith the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Plenty of walks from the doorstep including canal walks. The towns of Newport and Market Drayton are excellent places to visit and only a short drive away. Would certainly recommend.

A great location with easy countryside and canal path walks from the door.

  • "This is an amazing property in a stunningly beautiful location, presented in truly immaculate condition throughout."

The owners are very genuine, caring and helpful, and made our visit feel more like staying with friends than landlords! Quiet and peaceful with beautiful walks on the doorstep (although walking along the main road is an interesting experience!) and many great places to visit within a short drive. Everything you could need was provided, and I would happily have stayed longer. Many joyful memories, very highly recommended.

  • "A lovely place to stay."

This is a delightful, peaceful countryside spot, the flat is only recently built and everything is sparkly new, beautifully coordinated and thoughtfully equipped - e.g. even teabags and kitchen roll! Such lovely welcoming hosts. The only two possible disadvantages I found are that the (new) mattress is memory foam, which I know many like but I find doesn't suit my back very well, and as the flat shares a drive with the owners it's not particularly private. But I had a lovely week and would be glad to go back.

  • "Excellent holiday from start to finish."

Keith and Dawn went above and beyond making our stay so enjoyable they were always up for a chat with plenty of good advice on where to go and what to do.Springfield annex was very tastefully decorated and furnished and equipped to a high standard. The grounds were beautiful to sit out in of an evening after returning from our days out watching the ducks on their pond and the horse in the field. The annex is within walking distance of the canal where you can walk along to Norbury junction and Gnowsle . Maybe taking a drink or a meal at the pubs on route. Thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay in Shropshire and Sprngfield Annex. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

  • "Very peaceful rural setting."

We enjoyed local walks and local cycling along very quiet lanes. There was secure storage for our cycles, which wasn't mentioned in the property details. Had a great day out on the Canal with a Day Boat from Norbury Wharf about 1.5 miles away. All the pubs we tried were excellent for both ale and food. Keith and Dawn were wonderful hosts and we enjoyed several evenings of pleasant conversation.
