  • "Great location, clean, parking few minutes walk away which was kindly arranged for us, arrangements for key collection and couple of questions answered promptly by the owner."

Had a lovely stay with friends..few things negative things to point out, not sure if the owner is aware of...the bathroom bin has no interior bucket so is unusable, chair in the lounge had a broken leg which had been pushed back into place but came out straight away when we moved the chair slightly to view tv, toilet roll holder broken, no mirror in either bedroom. This said we did have a great time and love Shrewsbury, the few issues need addressing.

  • "Comfortable stay."

Extremely clean and well equipped apartment. Within easy walking distance of town centre for most although as my husband has a disability we had to drive in but managed to park in town for free on blue badge. Car parking not on site but paid for by owners on public car park just down the road and ideal for us as it has EV charging points. Shop and pub serving food just a couple of minutes away. Had a lovely time and would definitely use again, thankyou x

Easy walking distance to the town and attractions. Lovely flat, which we found clean and very comfy. We were a family of 3 adults and it was an ideal size for us. It was as described in the listing and owners responded quickly to any queries we had. We would be happy to stay here again.

  • "Very comfortable and clean with well stocked kitchen."

Really comfortable bed and sofas. In walking distance of town centre and places to eat. Car parking was easy. Only thing that was a bit of a downside was traffic noise as busy road is right outside master bedroom. Shrewsbury and surrounding countryside are lovely and great for walking.!

  • "There was no washing up facilities in the kitchen eg no washing bowl sponge cloths or tea towels."

You cannot run a dishwasher after every cup of tea but as there were only 4mugs you had to. Saucepans could not be cleaned other than in dishwasher and we served our meals - including salads out of saucepans as no bowls No bedside light in main front bedroom . All of the above mentioned many times in visitors book so it is clearly ignored by the owners .

Thank You very much for your feedback. I am surprised to hear that you did not find washing up facilities. There is a silver/grey plastic washing up bowl in the property as well as supplies of washing up liquid, washing up sponges and at least 2 tea towels at all times in the cupboard under the kitchen sink. Alongside products for the washing machine, dishwasher tablets spare toilet roll and any cleaning/disinfecting materials that you might need. If there was anything missing had you contacted us we could have dropped by the property and rectified this for you. We do appreciate that there is no bedside light or table in the master bedroom. This comes down to the size of the bed. We are struggling to find a suitable table that will fit into the available space, without having an impact on the ability of the door to open or close and not be in the way of the radiator. The bed is designed to be either a super king or two singles and we need to find something that will go in the corner or in between the beds when they are split. It has been difficult as most furniture showrooms have been closed. It is something we are working on. This issue is certainly not being ignored. I do recall the comments re the bedside table, but to date, no one has ever mentioned the lack of washing up facilities. There are bowls in the property but following your feedback, we have now added extra mugs and salad bowls. Property Owner
