Located on a beautiful 22-acre smallholding alongside the owner's own home, Aquadale Farm Cottages are two amazing properties ideal for family and friends to enjoy a rural break in Shropshire. Resting on the outskirts of the village of Crudgington, around 14-miles from Shrewsbury, Strine View Cottage and The Parlour boast fantastic, stylish interiors whilst retaining some original features like the exposed beams, superb brick fireplaces and homely feel. Strine View Cottage benefits from a classic woodburning stove, whilst The Parlour has underfloor oil heating, with both properties featuring well-equipped kitchens, spacious living areas and large private garden spaces, with shared access to the surrounding meadows and fields. Enjoy exciting day trips to Hoo Farm and meet the animals, which is just four miles away or head to Hawkstone Park Follies, a fantastic space with cliffs, caves, woods and crags to explore. There are towers, monuments and quaint little buildings to discover as well as a tea room where you can relax for a while. Visit Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site where there are a number of museums to enjoy including Blists Hill Victorian Town, so you can step back in time and see how life used to be. This Shropshire cottage is ideal for a family or group of friends seeking a rural retreat, boasting contemporary country style and original features.

Step into the open-plan living space, a social hub when you are not out exploring, with a bespoke timber dining table with bench seating, gather here for delicious family meals cooked in the excellent fitted kitchen.

Discover a great range of appliances integrated into the attractive kitchen including an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and touch induction hob with a state-of-the-art extractor fan in the centre.

Relax on the sofa and armchair before the Smart TV and enjoy views to the outside area from the large sliding glass door.

There are three bedrooms; a king-size with an en-suite shower room and a Smart TV, and a bunk room both on the ground-floor, while up a stylish spiral staircase you can find the twin room with a Smart TV too.

Completing the layout is the excellent family bathroom, and outside a large enclosed patio awaits you for barbecues in the sun.
