The property

Meadow House is a well-presented, semi-detached house situated on a modern housing development on the outskirts of Shrewsbury.

Situated over two floors, this home has been furnished to a high standard with a quirky décor for families and friends to come together and enjoy the delights of one of England’s finest heritage towns.

Enter the property and find the stylish kitchen on your left, enhanced with gloss white units amidst a selection of integrated appliances, providing a well-equipped setup for preparing your meals.

Wander on through to the refreshing lounge, complete with a sumptuous corner sofa and Smart TV, plus a nicely presented dining table for mealtimes.

Shrewsbury’s cobbled streets are well worth exploring, with a vibrant selection of independent and high street shops, a number of cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants, along with regular markets and festivals held throughout the year.

There are several pubs in close proximity to the property, and you can head into town, either a 10-15 minute cycle ride or 30 minute walk, to find more dining out and entertainment options.

Uncover 900 years of monastery history at the medieval Shrewsbury Abbey, wander through stunning gardens at National Trust's stately Attingham Park or enjoy a plethora of walking and watersport opportunities within the Shropshire Hills AONB.

Alternatively, hop on a train to the local market town of Church Stretton, where you can access many scenic walking trails like Carding Mill Valley and The Long Mynd.

Ludlow and Much Wenlock are slightly further afield, offering plenty of things to see and do, home to its own castle, church and market, plus you can access Mortimer Forest for a lovely day of ambling.

There are also direct routes to M54 leading to Telford and the M6 to the mid welsh borders.
