The property

Nestled in the bustling village of Tarporley in Cheshire, is this characterful terraced property, Peckers Retreat.

Situated right on the High Street, Peckers Retreat boasts local pubs, shops, wine bars and restaurants, right on your doorstep.

For avid car lovers Oulton Park is only 10 mins down the road, hosting many race events and driving experiences this is track is a great day out.

Looking further afield, you also have access to beautiful cities, such as Chester; with its Roman city walls, independent eateries and charming pubs it’s definitely worth a visit.

Tarporley is located in the local authority area of Cheshire West and Chester in rural Cheshire and the village is considered one of the county’s most attractive villages. The countryside surrounding Tarporley is perfect walking terrain, the famous Sandstone Trail, one of the best of the shorter long-distance trails in the north of England, passes close to the town. Tarporley Carnival, an annual event which takes place in July, is a popular community event with a parade in High Street to the show ground on Community Field. The village has also become something of a shopper’s haven. Further afield lies Chester, which has much to offer the tourist, including excellent shopping in and around the famous Tudor 'Rows' and lovely walks along the Roman Walls, beside the River Dee and through the picturesque Grosvenor Park.
