  • "This lovely cottage was fantastic for the 5 of us that stayed."

Great location for walks and great to relax in the hot tub after! Will 100% recommend!

  • "The 4 of us had a fabulous time at the property."

It was beautiful inside and out. It was spotlessly clean, spacious and cosy; a real home from home. The hot tub was lovely and beautifully maintained. The location is also perfect to explore the many walks and attractions within a short distance. We will definitely be booking this again! The only thing that would have made it better, is if there had been another toilet/shower room. That would’ve been an extra luxury but it is still outstanding as it is. Thank you for having us!

  • "We had a lovely week at New Elm Tree Farm, despite some mixed weather!"

It is in a lovely location in the countryside but a very short walk from a pub. Our baby daughter enjoyed watching the sheep and chickens in the field next door. The house is spacious, with all modern fittings, very well maintained and very clean. There are lots of nearby walks straight from the house, and a short drive to many interesting activities. We would thoroughly recommend staying here, and we may be back ourselves.

The rooms were all spacious and it had absolutely everything you could need even a garage for storage of our bikes. Loads to see and do within 30mins drive even Alton towers was only 50 mins away. The hot tub was nice and secluded unlike other properties we have rented which meant we used it every night it’s was checked daily by the owners who were onsite should you need them we never did as everything was so new and spotless. Daily visits from their chickens made us laugh every breakfast.
