When we arrived it was all ready for us, beautifully clean. We were delighted at how spacious it was - quite a tardis! The barn conversion has been done brilliantly! It accommodated all 14 of us very comfortably. The bedrooms were very clean, with comfortable bedding and really well presented, and there were plenty of bathrooms for us all! Most importantly, there was never a shortage of hot water even with all 14 of us having showers in the morning. There was lots of living space - a nice big, well equipped kitchen and comfortable sofas in the living room. Everything we needed was there, all we had to bring was ourselves, our luggage, food and drinks. Best bit of all - the hot tub! It was hot, ready and waiting for us on our arrival. The views from it were just beautiful; watching the sun set over the hills in the evening, seeing the stars above us at night! There was also plenty of parking for our 6 cars and the location was ideal for getting to places like Ashbourne, Dovedale. We really felt though like we were 'in the middle of nowhere' in the best possible way - it was so peaceful and we didn't have to worry about feeling like we were disturbing other people. As a group, we couldn't recommend Valley View Barn enough! I've been telling all my other friends and colleagues about it! It was perfect and we'd definitely go again!
