  • "The barn is so comfortable and spacious."

We were a group of 8 and we all enjoyed our stay immensely. The setting is so peaceful but also ideally located to visit attractions, a short drive away. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. We had such a great week and would definitely recommend a stay here.

Karen, Alan and Chloe are lovely hosts and we can recommend staying here with confidence. As we have a dog we found the enclosed garden to be particularly greAt. All basics such as cleaning equipment , hand wash etc are provided. A must try is the Devonshire arms for food!

  • "The house was perfect in every way."

Very comfortable and it felt like home as soon as we arrived. The location was stunning with beautiful walks in all directions. It is so peaceful in the garden. No road noise just the sound of the countryside. We have stayed in many holiday let’s and I think this was my favourite,

  • "Lovely clean accommodation."

The owners were really helpful and gave us some great suggestions for places to eat and left us some yummy scones for our arrival. The hot tub is lovely and it’s great having towels supplied. The only improvement I would make is to have more leaflets of things to do in the area and for day trips. Leeds is only an hour away and the shopping there fantastic. Higgor Tor near the Longshaw estate was great for a walk. The owners take great care of the place and as such it’s not suitable if you don’t care about where you stay and you don’t look after things. We celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday with our family and it was perfect. Highly recommend.
