  • "We stayed at Riverside Cottage for a week and had a lovely time."

The cottage was spotless and had more facilities than we expected like a coffee machine. Janet who owns the cottage was very helpful. We would stay here again or in the lodge with the hot tub.

  • "Our stay was fantastic, beautiful location, peaceful with lovely walks by the riverside and surrounded by farmland and animals."

Janet thought of everything and the personal touches just perfect. I would highly recommend staying here, unfortunately it was too hot for the log burner but can imagine it would be lovely and cosy in the winter. The kitchen had everything needed and more, I always bring extras such as bottle opener, certain utensils but in this case, there was nothing Janet hadn’t thought of. The house was very clean and comfortable and combined an older building with a great balance of modernism which was styled and decorated beautifully. Don’t hesitate in booking, you won’t regret it!
