Brockholes is a small village in West Yorkshire with a train station, a pub and two shops. The nearby town of Meltham offers a golf course, great shops, bars and eateries, lovely gardens and is home to Meltham Wildlife Rescue and the stunning Folly Dolly Falls which is a great waterfall spot for a picnic. From Brockholes you have easy access to the market town of Huddersfield and the thriving cities of Sheffield and Leeds. Brockholes is a historical with numerous Grade II listed buildings; the 18th century village hall, St George's Church, Bank End farmhouse and the early 19th-century single-span bridge over the River Holme. The village is also closed by to the Peak District National Park which boasts year-round walking trails, quaint villages and interesting museums.
