“There was no hot water in the kitchen, nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom, shower is very small with little water pressure.”

The lounge need another chair for additional comfort too. The front door sticks and is hard to open and close and the bed could do with a topper.

The lounge need another chair for additional comfort too. The front door sticks and is hard to open and close and the bed could do with a topper. On top of this there was a random visitor one night at 11.30 parked directly outside the front door with lights full on and engine running!!! Other than this, the location is good with a great pub a short walk away.

We are terribly sorry to hear that you had these issues during your stay. Had we known about this at the time, we would have been more than happy to have this rectified for you. We would like to assure yourself and future guest that there are no current concerns with reference to the hot water. Due to the change of seasons, sometimes the door can expand causing it to stick, this is something we are hoping to improve in future. Thank you very much for your comments and for taking the time to let us know your thoughts. Customer feedback is very important to help us continually improve our standards.
