“Arrived after 6 hours due to weather conditions and accidents, generally takes 3 hours.”
Crisps all over lounge floor, needed hoovering, left until next day. Unable to get dishwasher working, purchased salt & dishwaher aid as these were indicated as required, but to no avail, spent rest of holiday washing up. External bins not emptied from previous week, put bins out on wednesday, still not emptied. Had requested beds set as two doubles, but were set up as 2 singles & a very small uncomfittable double. Used grill on day 3, smoked the house out, not been cleaned from previous tenant. Overal very homley cottage, but cleaning service letting it down. Have family locally, but will not stay here again

the feedback on your stay at Rose Cottage after your visit and apologies for any inconvenience caused. Clearly there was an issue with the cleaning of the Cottage and bedding arrangements and we have addressed these issues with the cleaning company concerned in particular the fact that they had not removed the waste left by the previous guests. If you had advised us at the time we could have dealt with the issues to your satisfaction. As for the problem with the dishwasher we have tested this appliance and it is working fine if the instructions in the welcome pack are followed. Thank you for staying.
