We were delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Wags Cottage when we exchanged messages at the end of your stay — and that you were both happy and comfortable in the cottage. Thank you for your feedback, which is invaluable for us, to improve our guest’s experience. Having just taken ownership of Wags - you were only our 2nd guests! - it appears that the mains water to the dishwasher must have been switched off during the sale - which was something we missed! Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused, however we are glad you managed to switch it on yourselves. As owners, our personal telephone number is provided within the welcome pack, so that guests can always contact us directly, should there be any queries during the stay. However, Sykes offices are available 7 days a week too. Property Owner
