  • "The photos can't do this little home justice."

In a beautifully tranquil and relaxing secluded setting, the cottage is nevertheless a great base for exploring the Shropshire countryside. Every detail was to a high standard, comfortable and spotless. Although there are other cottages close by, Munslow offers just the right level of privacy.

  • "Munslow Cottage was wonderful!"

Peaceful, beautifully equipped, comfortable and our hosts, Tim and Sally, were lovely. The fruit cake was especially nice. Will definitely go again and recommend it.

  • "Lovely cottage with just about everything we needed."

Plenty of really soft fluffy towels in the bathroom. All the little things you need like salt and pepper, washing up liquid, tea-towels. A pint of milk and a yummy homemade fruitcake in the kitchen on arrival - this was much appreciated! Nice little yard where you can sit in the sun and it is enclosed so no worries about our dog escaping The only down side of this property is the WiFi - if and when you do get it, it wavers.

  • "Our first stay in Munslow Cottage was all too short."

The cottage is in a lovely location, beautifully clean, really well appointed and comfortable. Ideal for two and also wheelchair friendly. A lovely welcome from Sally was accompanied by a delicious welcome cake - I think made by Tim. The location was delightfully peaceful and our own private patio meant we could sit with a cuppa, or a glass, in the sun with a book interrupted only by the sound of beautiful birdsong. Only 8 miles, 15 minutes drive, from the charming, historical town of Ludlow and with lovely walks right on the door step, the cottage was ideal in every way. Thank you Tim and Sally and see you again soon.

  • "The hosts were welcoming - they even left us a cake."

The driveway to the cottage requires careful driving and needs some attention as it is very rough.

  • "Munslow Cottage is a perfect little gem, spotlessly clean and a great base for exploring the surrounding area."

Munslow Cottage is totally wheelchair accessible and very well appointed with obvious care and thought and provided everything we needed and more. but the games room, courtyard and gardens, were sadly not wheelchair accessible.

Resting peacefully in the Corvedale Valley in the Shropshire Hills AONB, the properties are just one and a half miles from the village of Diddlebury. You won't get bored on rainy days with the well-stocked games room boasting a snooker table, table tennis and a dart board to keep you occupied. The owner offers the hire of their luxury all-weather BBQ cabin, with enough seating for everybody, along with blankets and cushions to create the perfect sociable dining experience.
