On arrival first impressions immaculately clean and beautifully decorated throughout. The barn was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location of the barn was spot on also situated in Darley Dale which is not far from everything we wanted to do and see in Derbyshire the peak district. Being out every day it was nice to come back to a cosy warm relaxing environment with choice of a hot shower or bath. We would highly recommend this beautiful barn conversion to anyone. The two of us went January 2023 we are planing to return in the summer with our children as there is a second room with bunk beds so is suitable also for a family of 4. Danny and Hannah

  • "The cottage itself was beautifull and well equiped."

However it was a disappointment for us to notice that the cottage was situated in a residential area. From the pictures at the listing on your website we assumed that the cottage was located in a rural area. To find out that it was in a residential area was a disappointment for us. We missed the privacy we expected, the more because of how the windows were situated in the cottage. Persons on the road and living in house next to cottage were able to look inside the cottage. We also informed the owner about our views in that aspect.
