  • "The only thing that I felt the cottage lacked was a small freezer, if you were staying for a week & didn’t want to go near any shops like we didn’t."

Loved the cottage would go again & would definitely recommend as I have already.

  • "We had a pleasant week at the cottage and the only reason the comfort score is low is unfortunate timing as we were there when the heating wasn't working."

Other than that it is a lovely little cottage and my husband and I and our two dogs wouldn't hesitate to go back (after some reassurance the heating was working). There are loads of great places within easy access and a nice little walk direct from the cottage which the dogs appreciated in the morning and evening, the large garden is really secure for the dogs and a huge bonus.

  • "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Old Laundry Cottage."

A welcome surprise was a dishwasher that wasn't mentioned in the amenities. The cottage itself was warm & welcoming, beds were very comfortable as were the settees in the lounge. The kitchen had every utensil you could ever need/want. The wildlife in the surrounding area was lovely red squirrels, rabbits & the odd chicken wandering by. The wifi was very intermittent but this was advertised at the time of booking. Mobile reception was also poor so wouldn't advise for anyone who relies heavily on their phones. Other than that it was very peaceful & quiet with an excellent supply of books to bury your nose in. Would definitely recommend

) and plenty of parking. A lovely place in wonderful surroundings. Lots of nice places to visit without travelling too far such as Perth, Dunkeld and Loch Leven's Heritage Trail.

  • "The location of the "Old Laundry" is superb."

Set amongst the trees it is tranquil and relaxing. Wild life all around it is the perfect place to unwind. The interior is well appointed and comfortable with the conversion being of a very high standard. We would most certainly return.
