    Central heating worked well. Negatives - lacked attention to detail e.g. only one teatowel and it was old and tired, not even a complimentary sized bar of soap in either kitchen or bathrooms, lowest quality toliet rolls ,bedding clean but seemed poor quality and not ironed, also pillows cases non matching, gaps between bare floorboards and rough edges to them, nets in lounge dirty-grey, not even a pint of milk left, freezer had old stuff from previous occupants and needed a clean, bookshelves untidy and rugs needed a good clean as did sofas. Overall whilst not individually complaint-worthy the lack of attention to detail made the place feel unloved and not very welcoming.
