“Negatives: - The biggest issue was the fact that the property parking situation is deceiving.”

The listing says "On-street permit parking" - we assumed this meant we would be given a parking permit, however that is not the case. On street parking is very expensive, about £3.90 per hour, on a weekday from 8:30-6:30, that is £39 extra per day, a budget that could have potentially got us a different accommodation. This should be more explicitly stated in the description. ...

This should be more explicitly stated in the description. - There are a few things about the property that need caring for. - The bathroom light flickers which makes using it really a bad experience. We got around it by using it super dim, but then its hard to see. - There was a leak in one of the bedrooms. It only leaks during heavy rain, but it meant we had to keep a towel on the carpet to avoid stepping on wet carpet. - There is no microwave. - There was no contactless key pickup. Also note that it is really not an accessible apartment. There are only stairs to get to the flat and the bathtub is set very high, with no rail to hold on to in order to safely get in or out. Positives: - The apartment is very nice and spacious - Its in a fantastic location - It gets very nice light - The kitchen is very large and comfortable - All the rooms are very nice size and comfortable, with good beds and pillows. - The shower head is the best!
