The accommodation was perfect for us, and gave ample opportunity to explore the area. The only minor issue was the wifi signal which wasn't particularly reliable, but otherwise we have absolutely no complaints.

Hello, thanks for your lovely feedback. Sorry you found the WiFi unreliable. You should have let us know as it is easily resolved. Thanks again. Property Owner

It has everything you need for a lovely and comfortable holiday, it is warm, cosy and decorated with style. We really appreciated the welcome pack too. The family who own the property live on the farm and couldn't more be helpful, welcoming and friendly. Lovely walks from the door to the coast. It is a bigger property than the photos might suggest on the website too. Highly recommended.

The cottage is so well equipped and with much appreciated little extras like flowers, fizz, tea, coffee, milk, olive oil, washing liquid and dishwasher tablets, even hairdryer & straighteners! Comfy bed, great shower & overall lots bigger than the photos show. Private & enclosed area for the dog to run & toilet too. We would highly recommend Adams House and would return. We were met with a nice friendly welcome, including a welcome pack of ground coffee, fresh farm eggs and biscuits, and our hosts were very helpful throughout our stay. We had planned a week of snorkelling round the Berwickshire coast so the drying room was a major factor when we chose Adam’s House. All our wet equipment went in each evening and was thoroughly dry in the morning when we needed it again. The house itself is well appointed, stylish, warm and comfortable. Comfy bed, good strong shower and a cook’s kitchen - good quality equipment, everything you could possibly need including sharp knives! All the entertainment worked perfectly - Sky, TV, Bluetooth speaker, and clear and comprehensive instructions for their use were supplied. Private garden at the back with views over the rolling countryside from a sheltered table and chairs, ideal for breakfast outside or a place to sit of an evening. A very peaceful and tranquil place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would heartily recommend Adam’s House to anyone planning a holiday in the area. We plan to return...

Adams House is beautifully decorated both inside and out, for that special break away from the city with your loved ones. We enjoyed a mid-week break with the fantastic scenery and fresh air, beach at Coldingham Bay, coastal walk at St Abbs and feeding Lucy the friendly seal at Eyemouth.
