  • "My husband and I spent a lovely week in 29 Trinity Crescent."

It is furnished to a high standard with everything you could possibly need. The hamper the owners left was lovely, thank you for that. Location is fab, just over the road from the sea. Also the bus into Edinburgh is just across the road and coming back you get off just outside your front door. Brilliant bus service too. We parked our car just outside the door and never used it again til we were coming home. We visited the Royal Yacht Britannia which I would recommend doing. Also Holyrood Palace was another lovely visit I would recommend. There are pubs and restaurants within walking distance of the property. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this property to anyone.

  • "The property was comfortable and clean and central to getting access to tourist spots."

We both love a good shower and the lack of water pressure was a downside for us. Together with the very small cloakroom sink .on this basis I wouldn't book this property again.

  • "We found the apartment extremely comfortable and so clean it was a pleasure to be there."

There was also a very welcome surprise which was a basket of lovely goodies from the owners, Lynn & Simon. We also had an email from them welcoming us to their property and giving us extra information about. We want to say a great big thank you to Lynn and Simon for a wonderful place to stay. • "Impressive property well located for links to the city and airport, whilst close to the coastal facilities."

Cycleway network at the back of the apartment that pops up in the heart of The New Town was an added bonus.

  • "Really lovely apartment with great attention to detail from the thoughtful hamper left including Prosecco, snacks - both savoury and sweet - and milk in the fridge for that all important first cuppa!"

There was also lots of information leaflets which were very helpful. The apartment had everything you may need, even a hairdryer, hand sanitizer, cleaning products and also a well appointed kitchen. There were shops, eateries and lovey walks so close to the apartment and the bus stops right outside. We recommend the Water of Leith walk - we walked into the centre of Edinburgh one day and down to Leith harbour another - the ice creams were delicious. The only (small) drawback was that we had to park around the corner, up the hill on the cobbled lane, as parking outside was next to impossible but we did not experience any issues and it was a very short walk. The communication from the owners was excellent and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

The welcome basket and fresh flowers were a lovely touch.

  • "The apartment was really lovely."

..beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We were able to park right outside the building free of charge...which is very useful when staying in Edinburgh...where parking can often be an issue. The view over the Firth of Forth was a lovely bonus. The bus stop is right outside the apartment too and the bus service in Edinburgh makes getting around the city cheap and very easy. There was a lovely welcome pack for us on arrival and the owners, Simon and Lynn, couldn't have been more helpful. We had a great week and can highly recommend 29 Trinity Crescent.

  • "Sykes holiday accommodation is always of a high standard."

Trinity crescent is no exception. A beautiful flat away from the busy city but only a bus ride into the heart of Edinburgh and all it has to offer. The flat is warm and cosy. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with all you need. No bath but shower is roomy and water is hot and relaxing. We didn't meet the owners but recieved a welcome text from them. The welcome basket was amazing. Lots of lovely eateries within walking distance and a short bus ride into Leith. Bus stops to and from town right outside the door.

  • "Absolutely perfect apartment, was spotlessly clean."

Ideal location, do close yo so many good eateries, ocean terminal a short drive way, (bit tricky getting parked done days) bus stops outside door and opposite making it so much easier to get to edinburgh and leave the car. Arrived to a wonderful hamper off the own with chocolates, crisps, shortbread and champagne - what a delightful gesture (milk, tea and coffee also provided). Would love to return

  • "The apartment was brilliant, beautifully maintained and clean, and the welcome basket was a lovely touch."

There was plenty of information about getting around on public transport, which we used rather than trying to park the car in Edinburgh, and we used it to get to a variety of places including Holyrood and the zoo. Although there was a busy road at the front of the apartment, which includes a bus stop, it didn't really bother us and you certainly didn't hear it at night as the bedroom is at the back of the property. There's a variety of pubs and restaurants within 10 minutes walk and a supermarket if you want to stock up and eat in. We had a great time and hope to return.

  • "Lovely well equipped apartment with great views."

Great location as the bus into the city runs past the door. However it is located on a busy road and the traffic noise in the living room is very noticeable. Also I found the noise from the apartment above disturbing.
