“The apartment was really lovely.”

..beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We were able to park right outside the building free of charge...which is very useful when staying in Edinburgh...where parking can often be an issue. The view over the Firth of Forth was a lovely bonus. The bus stop is right outside the apartment too and the bus service in Edinburgh makes getting around the city cheap and very easy. There was a lovely welcome pack for us on arrival and the owners, Simon and Lynn, couldn't have been more helpful. We had a great week and can highly recommend 29 Trinity Crescent.

“Sykes holiday accommodation is always of a high standard.”

Trinity crescent is no exception. A beautiful flat away from the busy city but only a bus ride into the heart of Edinburgh and all it has to offer. The flat is warm and cosy. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with all you need. No bath but shower is roomy and water is hot and relaxing. We didn't meet the owners but recieved a welcome text from them. The welcome basket was amazing. Lots of lovely eateries within walking distance and a short bus ride into Leith. Bus stops to and from town right outside the door.

“Absolutely perfect apartment, was spotlessly clean.”

Ideal location, do close yo so many good eateries, ocean terminal a short drive way, (bit tricky getting parked done days) bus stops outside door and opposite making it so much easier to get to edinburgh and leave the car. Arrived to a wonderful hamper off the own with chocolates, crisps, shortbread and champagne - what a delightful gesture (milk, tea and coffee also provided). Would love to return

Lovely apartment in an excellent location. Very clean and well presented. The owners left a very generous welcome pack of the essentials. Beautiful sea view from the front of the property. The area is very well supported by an excellent bus system making it easy and affordable to access the city and other areas. Highly recommended this property for a perfect base for Edinburgh and Leith.

As a single female with my son, I felt safe, secure and comfortable..the flat has been done out to an exceptionally high standard, comfort and a peaceful sleep gaurenteed..your own front door with the bus stops literally outside and an easy walk on the flat to both Newington and Leith ..plenty parks within walking distance..and a clear view right over to Fife and Dundee when clear..was sad to leave..thank you for a lovely break x

“The apartment was brilliant, beautifully maintained and clean, and the welcome basket was a lovely touch.”

There was plenty of information about getting around on public transport, which we used rather than trying to park the car in Edinburgh, and we used it to get to a variety of places including Holyrood and the zoo. Although there was a busy road at the front of the apartment, which includes a bus stop, it didn't really bother us and you certainly didn't hear it at night as the bedroom is at the back of the property. There's a variety of pubs and restaurants within 10 minutes walk and a supermarket if you want to stock up and eat in. We had a great time and hope to return.

Great location as the bus into the city runs past the door. However it is located on a busy road and the traffic noise in the living room is very noticeable. Also I found the noise from the apartment above disturbing.
