  • "Thank you for our lovely stay."

We were more than happy with the cottage! It was clean, cosy and had everything we needed whilst travelling with 2 small children. We really appreciated the little personal touches from our hosts (Christmas decorations!!) who were also friendly and helpful during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate going back for our next trip to South Wales!

  • "One of the best holiday cottages we have stayed at, and the only one we are returning to next May."

It’s in a lovely quiet location, with lots of places nearby to visit. Hosts were very friendly and on hand if needed. Our last holiday here was only 4 days but next years will be 7 days as there are other places we did not get time to see. The cottage was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you would need.

Good secure area of lawn and patio to keep the dog happy, as well.

  • "Absolutely wonderful cottage."

Immaculately clean - which is rare for a lot of dog friendly cottages. The farm is wonderful and peaceful. It was lovely watching the Woodpeckers on the bird feeder. The weather wasn’t kind to us but the spacious cottage made sure we were comfortable being inside all day. We brought our 8 month old baby with us and the main bedroom had so much space that it made it so much easier to navigate bath times, bedtime etc. The cot was a brilliant size and our daughter was super comfy every night. Tim and Sally are wonderful hosts and we will definitely be rebooking!

The property is beautiful, clean, light and spacious. Very comfortable bed! A brilliant nights sleep. Loved the carpet on the top floor too, so thick and lovely to walk on haha A beautiful location on the farm, great views of the woodpeckers on the bird table outside. Lovely walks around the countryside yet still so close to the M4. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Tim and Sally greeted us on arrival and spoke with us whenever we passed in the yard. They made sure we had everything we needed and the barn was well stocked with everything. Special thanks for the prosecco. It went down well when our friends came over for dinner. A special treat was the woodpecker being a regular visitor to the bird feeder in the garden. Well placed accommodation for what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend.

Spacious, well equipped & spotlessly maintained. Extra bonus for dog owners is having access to empty, securely fenced fields straight from the door, as well as local walks. What really makes the difference is how friendly and helpful Sally & Tim are - even driving our son & his partner to the local train station when needed. They invite suggestions for improvement in the visitors book but we struggled to come up with any!
