The peaceful Somerset village of Watchfield has its own pub and a renowned Cider Farm and Restaurant. Watchfield is just a short drive from the beautiful beaches and varied amenities of Burnham-on-Sea and Brean. The town of Burnham-on-Sea has seven miles of unspoilt sandy beaches, sailing, fishing and donkey rides, as well as Burnham and Barrow Championship Golf Course. The famous Cheddar Caves and Gorge, with amazing cliff top walks, are within easy reach, as are historic Wells, England's smallest city and Glastonbury Tor, with its mystical connections to King Arthur. The traditional seaside town of Weston-Super-Mare offers sandy beaches, watersports, restaurants and shops, as well as the Playhouse Theatre and Winter Gardens.
