  • "We have had a really relaxing stay at The Dairy which was just what we needed."

It is a lovely comfortable well equipped place to stay. The area is very pretty and we enjoyed lovely walks on the beaches. We will certainly look at returning. Thank you Sion and Tracey Taylor

  • "The freezer dept of the fridge - the door kept falling off every time you opened the fridge."

The accommodation was very clean and of a very high standard. It would have been nice if the owners came to check if everything was okay with our stay - would have been nice if they had shown more of an interest. Also the accommodation - I was expecting us to be able to go for long walks across fields, etc but very restricted to where you can go - not ideal when you have dogs.

Thank you for the feedback. We met the guests on arrival and made them a cup of tea - they arrived two hours before check in time (which we were not expecting) and the cottage was still being cleaned. The private wood here is about 2 acres - most guests love it for quick dog walks in the morning and evening, but tend to do their longer walks whilst out for the day. There are lots of lovely walks in the area and we leave a number of guides on these in the cottages. We try not to be "interfering owners" once we have checked all is well at the beginning of the stay - but we also appreciate that this is a fine balance. Property Owner

  • "The Dairy is a super cottage in which to spend your holiday."

It was comfortable, clean and had everything you could need even throws for dogs. We had a slight problem with the TV control but it was sorted immediately. I would recommend this to couples or family wanted a quiet location but in reach of many interesting places to visit.

  • "We had a lovely stay at the Dairy, it had been upgraded to a high standard and was very comfortable."

Only real negative was the lack of a freezer.

Thank you, Marilyn, for taking the time to give feedback. We have taken it on board and are now able to offer guests the storage of their freezer items in one of the barns close to the cottages. We just couldn't squeeze a full size freezer into The Dairy itself! Property Owner

The location is ideal for seeing both the stunning coastline and country side and the accommodation was both clean and comfortable. A bonus for us was the totally enclosed garden area. We met one of the owners who was extremely pleasant and assuring of any assistance we might require. We would certainly recommend it to our friends and family

Lovely cottage in nice peaceful surroundings, beds very comfortable, the living area and kitchen would benefit from an update especially the seating but it did not spoil our holiday which was very enjoyable
