This is a very well-presented ground floor apartment, set on Newport Road on the east side of Cardiff.

Beautifully furnished throughout, providing contemporary accommodation, the apartment is ideal for friends or families who want to spend time together exploring Cardiff and its surrounding areas.

Coming through the front door downstairs you enter into a small hallway, leading to a light and airy sitting room with a sofa, dining table and chairs.

Turning right takes you through to the well-equipped kitchen.

The apartment also has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds.

There is also a sofa bed that sleeps two in the sitting room.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath, a basin and a toilet.

The apartment may be accessed via a set of metal steps from the parking space (no.4) in the private parking area at the rear of the apartment building.

Outside is a private patio area, with garden table and furniture, where you can sit and enjoy the fresh air, relaxing with a refreshing drink whilst planning your next day’s activities.

The area around Newport Road has its own shops and a recently refurbished local public house, The Four Elms, all within a five minute walk.

Cardiff Bay is a wonderful place to while away the day, perhaps visiting the Senedd, home to the National Assembly of Wales, or taking a boat trip round the harbour, before indulging in some laid back waterfront dining in one of the many bars and restaurants.

For sci-fi fans, the Dr Who Experience is one not to be missed.

Should you wish to head out of the city, you will not be disappointed.

The cities of Swansea and Bristol, the Brecon Beacons National Park, Forest of Dean and the Pembrokeshire coastline are all an easy day trip away.
