The region of Bridgend county is a fantastic place for a seaside family holiday. There is plenty to do including many great beaches, castles, lighthouses and farm parks. The countryside is very pretty and there are many quaint villages to visit not to mention some very nice local pubs. Bramlea house is a great place to stay for a family and has all home comforts including off street parking for two cars, a child friendly garden with sandpit, playhouse and ride on toys, as well as a large bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, which our young children really enjoyed. It has a comfortable living room and large kitchen- dining area, as well as not one but two decking areas with plenty of rattan furniture so you can dine and relax outside when the weather is nice. The children can enjoy playing with toys and books that have been provided in the house. Even though it is not right on the seafront, its only a short 4.5 mile drive to the nearest beach, Ogmore-on-sea which is a good sized sandy beach, great for the kids to enjoy. The house is also only a short drive to a shop, a fish and chip shop and a petrol station. A really nice comfortable home from home.
