“Fabulous location in a lovely house.”

Everything we needed. Owners were close to hand and helped us considerably. Unfortunately we had to leave early because of the developing situation with the Coronavirus but this was our choice. We have promised ourselves that we will return to the same place when things get back to normal. That`s the best recommendation you can give.

This property is part of the Coast & Country Holidays collection.

Nantmawr Cottages

Nantmawr Cottage sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms and The Lookout, about 25 yards away, sleeps 2. Both properties enjoy fabulous views across Cardigan Bay.

The property

This fabulous, split-level stone lookout is in an enviable spot overlooking Cardigan Bay and just 20 minutes' walk from Mwnt beach.

Set in 40 acres of farmland, The Lookout has been imaginatively converted to make a perfect retreat for a couple.

There is plenty of space and the high end furnishings and fittings, including a semi-circular kitchen, belie its simple stone exterior.

The Ceredigion Coast Path, which connects to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path at Poppit Sands, is just a field away.

While staying, you may be lucky enough to spot the resident Cardigan Bay Dolphins. There are several towns, villages and beaches within easy driving distance including Aberporth, Aberaeron, Tresaith, Llangrannog, New Quay and Cardigan.
