  • "We booked very last minute and had a call the same day with instructions on getting the key."

It is quite easy to find. The owner met us and gave a quick tour. The house had everything you could possibly need: the beds were made up, towels provided, a welcome basket with bread, milk, cake and tea/coffee (very much appreciated), ample plates and cutlery. If you turn right out of the house and take the first right then left, you can walk down to the shops and across the road to the beach which is lovely. There isn't a huge amount to do in the town itself, but we picked the location based on its proximity to the beach. There is good take out options and 1 Greek restaurant which we enjoyed. Also there is a Co op and a bakery. All in all it was a wonderful short stay. The beds are comfortable, the house well decorated and there is a TV and board games for down time.

Thank you for your kind feedback and glad you had a nice stay. Best wishes Jill and Brian. Property Owner

  • "This was a wonderful house."

It was perfectly well-equipped with everything we could need and more. The welcome pack was so thoughtful and generous. A perfect, warm, cosy and clean holiday home. We cycled from the house, just a few minutes, onto a beautiful and well-kept long cycle path along the shore. Cycling in both directions was possible which brought variety to our rides. A fantastic little retreat in a beautiful place. Thank you!

The owners have thought of just about everything ... and then provided it in advance. Besides its high quality & plentiful furniture & equipment, the house is light and spacious, and has plenty of storage. The provided toys, books, music, dvds and welcome pack were a nice touch too, and the owners were so friendly. Extremely clean and well decorated; the house had everything we needed. A fully and extensively equipped kitchen and a basket of groceries on arrival was lovely. The children were pleased by the extensive dvd selection, big TV and numerous board games - we nearly didn’t leave the house, engrossed by consecutive games of Articulate. Brian and Jill were always available whenever we needed them and were very friendly. The location of the house was perfect for local trips to the beach and even a day trip to Tenby, not to mention the walkable chippies nearby. Would definitely recommend :)
